What the heck kinda law do you study? Ive never seen it innocent until guilty or heard of any "due process"

or remembering wrong ;) it's guilty till proven innocent!
though court in general can get pretty intense! prosecutors are pretty much jerks and the judge's kinda
um
slow
it's always a battle against witnesses and mounds of evidence and prosecutors!!
